From the moment I met Birju, I knew I was in amazing hands. His knowledge and sense of calm really are something to admire. He has always taken the time to talk me through every possible treatment and process in depth, triple-check that I’m completely happy and comfortable, and reassure me endlessly that, above all, it’s important to him to truly listen to and hear what his clients have to say and is completely honest in his advice and suggestions.

He is incredibly gentle in nature, with an unbelievable understanding and knowledge of what he does. He remains completely professional yet so approachable, and somehow makes you feel as though you’ve known him for a lifetime-  which is exactly the sort of trust you hope to find in someone treating such an important and personal part of you.

Every question, concern or precaution I’ve ever raised has been met with patience, reassurance and absolutely no judgement. I’ve never once felt silly for asking something or pressured into a treatment; if anything, Birju goes above and beyond to make sure you understand exactly what you’re having done and, most importantly, that it is right for you.

We received a lovely welcome at the clinic, the specialist was very professional and he took his time asking and understanding the challenges I was facing with my ears for , he explained all the procedures  and lastly the clinic is top notch very clean.i will really recommend someone to visit.

Our 4 year old daughter had built up wax in her ears for some time which resulted in hearing loss. I reached out to Birju at The Beauty Alchemist to see if he could help.
We explained that our availability is limited as our due date for our second child is this week.
Birju offered an appointment at 5:30pm the same day which was great.
Upon arrival, he greeted us at the door and gave us a very warm welcome.
He made our daughter feel comfortable and was very informative throughout the appointment. Our daughter felt no pain and enjoyed watching the TV while Birju carried out the procedure.
It was a great experience for both my daughter and us the parents.

Amazing visit, everything explained in details, painless ear wax removal for my daughter.
Definitely will come back with my own problems,  which were discussed in nice, friendly atmosphere.

I had ear wax removal with Birju today and I cannot recommend him enough. He was so kind, gentle, and patient throughout the whole process , he made me feel completely at ease from the moment I walked in. The clinic is such a warm, comforting space, it honestly felt like home, which made such a big difference to me.

He took the time to explain everything clearly, and I’m so relieved to have my ears fully clear now. He also gave me really clear aftercare advice and a plan going forward, which I really appreciated.

Birju is a charming and professional man. I went to have my earwax removed, and I had done it elsewhere once before and I complained because of the pain in my right ear. I honestly can’t recommend The Beauty Alchemist highly enough.

I recently had the Premium Food Intolerance Test with Birju, which was recommended by a friend. From my very first enquiry to receiving my results, the entire experience was exceptional. Birju was kind, professional, incredibly knowledgeable and always took the time to answer my questions. He responded to messages so quickly and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, which gave me so much confidence throughout the process.

The clinic itself is absolutely beautiful - easy to find, spotless and equipped with state-of-the-art facilities. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt genuinely welcomed. Birju has such a calm and reassuring manner that I immediately felt comfortable, relaxed and completely at ease.

Having struggled with symptoms for such a long time, this test has given me answers I didn’t have before and I’m so grateful for the care and support I received throughout. It’s clear that Birju is passionate about helping people, and that really shines through in everything he does.

My daughter came to Birju for help treating a wart that wasn’t responding to over the counter treatments. He was very welcoming and made her feel very comfortable, taking time to  explain the procedure carefully. The treatment was pain free and successful and we felt reassured Birju would happily answer any questions we may have once we were home. From start to finish it was a very positive experience.
