Membership Terms & Conditions These Membership Terms & Conditions apply to all membership plans offered by The Beauty Alchemist. By joining one of our membership programmes, you agree to the terms outlined below. 1. Membership Agreement Your membership begins once your first payment has been successfully collected and continues for a minimum term of 12 months. After the initial 12-month period, your membership will automatically continue on a rolling monthly basis unless cancelled in line with these terms. 2. Monthly Payments Membership payments are collected automatically on the 1st of each calendar month using your chosen payment method. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment details are up to date and that sufficient funds are available. If a payment fails or is declined:

  • Your membership benefits may be temporarily suspended until payment is received
  • Any bank or processing charges may be passed on to you
  • Outstanding balances must be cleared before future treatments or appointments can be booked

3. Membership Benefits Membership benefits are exclusive to The Beauty Alchemist and may only be used at our clinic. Benefits may include discounts, treatment allowances and wellness services, depending on your chosen membership tier. Membership discounts:

  • Apply only to full-priced treatments and skincare products
  • Cannot be combined with other offers, promotions or discounted packages
  • Are non-transferable and may only be used by the named member

Unused treatment credits, services or benefits cannot be exchanged for cash. 4. Using Your Membership Balance Your monthly membership payments accumulate as clinic credit to use towards eligible treatments and services. If the cost of your treatment exceeds your available membership balance, the remaining balance must be paid on or before the day of treatment. Your membership discount level will still apply where eligible. Clinic credit:

  • Has no cash value
  • Cannot be transferred to another person
  • Cannot be redeemed against third-party services or external providers

5. Membership Upgrades & Downgrades You may upgrade your membership tier at any time. Downgrades to a lower membership level may only take effect once your initial 12-month membership term has been completed. 6. Appointment Cancellations & Missed Appointments We kindly request at least 48 working hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 working hours’ notice, missed appointments or non-attendance may incur a £50 cancellation fee. This fee must be paid before further appointments can be booked and may be deducted from your membership balance where applicable. 7. Membership Pauses We understand that you may need to temporarily pause your membership due to medical reasons, pregnancy, travel or relocation. Membership pauses:

  • Are available after at least one successful monthly payment has been made
  • Must be requested in writing
  • Can be paused for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 9 months
  • Suspend all membership payments and benefits during the pause period

At the end of the agreed pause period, your membership and payments will automatically resume. Your membership must remain active for at least one month before another pause request can be made. 8. Medical Suitability All treatments remain subject to medical suitability and clinical assessment. The Beauty Alchemist reserves the right to decline or postpone treatment where it is considered medically inappropriate, unsafe or not in the client’s best interests. Clients must inform the clinic of any changes to their medical history, medications, pregnancy status or health conditions. Membership does not guarantee eligibility for any treatment. 9. Membership Cancellation You may cancel your membership after completing the initial 12-month term by providing one month’s written notice. If a membership is cancelled:

  • Any unused membership credit, treatments or benefits remaining on the account may expire upon termination
  • No refunds will be issued for unused balances, partial months or unused services
  • The Beauty Alchemist reserves the right to calculate the standard retail value of any treatments, services or products already received against payments made
  • Any outstanding balance owed to the clinic must be settled immediately

10. Early Termination If you choose to cancel your membership before the end of the minimum 12-month term, The Beauty Alchemist reserves the right to:

  • Remove any membership discounts previously applied
  • Recalculate treatments and products received at full standard pricing
  • Recover any outstanding difference owed

11. Non-Transferable Membership Memberships are strictly personal and cannot be:

  • Shared
  • Transferred
  • Sold
  • Used by another individual

12. Changes to Memberships The Beauty Alchemist reserves the right to amend membership pricing, benefits, structures or terms and conditions at any time. Where changes materially affect your membership, at least one month’s notice will be provided. 13. Clinic Policies All memberships are also subject to The Beauty Alchemist’s general clinic policies and treatment consent procedures. Memberships do not override clinical judgement, treatment suitability or clinic safety protocols. 14. Liability The Beauty Alchemist shall not be liable for delays or inability to provide treatments due to:

  • Medical contraindications
  • Supplier issues
  • Equipment failure
  • Illness
  • Events outside of our reasonable control
